IF YOU REQUIRE A REMOVAL PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT, PLEASE INFORM ME AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. I DO NOT INFILL OTHER PEOPLE’S WORK AND DO NOT REMOVE ACRYLIC NAILS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THESE ARE REMOVED PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT, AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SECURE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE IF 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN. APPOINTMENTS CAN BE RESCHEDULED TWICE. AFTER TWO RESCHEDULES, A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
NO-SHOWS WILL INCUR A 100% CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE ORIGINALLY BOOKED. THIS PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL BEFORE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SCHEDULED.
CANCELLATIONS MADE ON THE SAME DAY WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ONCE PAID, THE DEPOSIT IS USE IT OR LOSE IT. IF YOU CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT RESCHEDULE WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. I OFFER A 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE SHORTENED ACCORDINGLY TO ACCOMMODATE THE SCHEDULE.
IF YOU ARE 15 OR MORE MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED, AND YOU WILL NEED TO RE-BOOK. YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ORIGINAL SERVICE.
IF YOU HAVE ANY NAIL BREAKS THAT NEED REPAIRING, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS MAY AFFECT THE TIME AVAILABLE FOR NAIL ART DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
FOR SAFETY AND COMFORT, PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH A CHILD, THE APPOINTMENT WILL NOT PROCEED, AND YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. IF CHILDCARE IS UNAVAILABLE, PLEASE RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER TIME.
ONCE ANY WET PRODUCT HAS BEEN APPLIED, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TOUCHING ANYTHING. THIS INCLUDES USING YOUR PHONE OR TOUCHING YOUR FACE/HAIR. I WANT TO GIVE YOU THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE, AND THIS CAN CAUSE PRODUCT BREAKDOWN AND EFFECT LONGEVITY OF YOUR NAILS IF ANY OILS OR FLUFF GET ONTO THE NAILS.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE NAIL ART DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE INFORM ME WHEN BOOKING AS THIS MAY REQUIRE A LONGER TIME SLOT. IF YOU BOOK EXTRA TIME BUT CHANGE YOUR MIND ON THE DAY, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA TIME.
ALL CLIENTS MUST SEND OVER NAIL ART INSPIRATION AT LEAST ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. THIS ALLOWS ME TO PREPARE FOR MY DAY ACCORDINGLY, OR LET YOU KNOW IF WE DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME SO YOU CAN FIND AN ALTERNATIVE DESIGN AND AVOIDS DISAPPOINTMENT ON THE DAY. IF YOU ARE JUST HAVING A PLAIN COLOUR OR FRENCH TIP YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND ANYTHING BEFOREHAND.

NAIL CARE AND MAINTENANCE

AS YOUR NAIL TECHNICIAN, YOUR NAIL HEALTH IS MY TOP PRIORITY. TO ENSURE YOUR NAILS REMAIN IN OPTIMAL CONDITION, REGULAR MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL. WHILE I PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICES, IT’S IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT MAINTAINING THE HEALTH AND APPEARANCE OF YOUR NAILS REQUIRES YOUR ONGOING CARE AND COMMITMENT.

• REGULAR APPOINTMENTS: TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY NAILS AND AVOID DAMAGE, I RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS EVERY 3-4 WEEKS. FAILING TO ATTEND THESE APPOINTMENTS, OR ALLOWING TOO MUCH TIME BETWEEN VISITS, CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO YOUR NATURAL NAILS. IF YOUR NAILS BECOME TOO DAMAGED I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY ANY PRODUCT TO THEM AND YOU WILL BE REFUSED SERVICE.

• REBALANCE FEE: IF YOUR APPOINTMENT EXCEEDS 4 WEEKS WITHOUT PROPER MAINTENANCE, A REBALANCE WILL BE REQUIRED AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH OF YOUR NAILS AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE WORK WE’VE DONE TOGETHER.
EXCEPTIONS: I UNDERSTAND THAT OCCASIONAL EVENTS, SUCH AS HOLIDAYS, MAY CAUSE YOU TO EXTEND THE TIME BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS. THIS IS ACCEPTABLE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS, BUT IT SHOULD NOT BECOME A REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO KEEP UP WITH REGULAR APPOINTMENTS, I MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT NAIL TECHNICIAN FOR YOU.
• HAND PLACEMENT: WHEN PLACING YOUR HAND IN THE LAMP, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE SITTING STRAIGHT. YOUR HAND SHOULD BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAMP, WITH FINGERS SLIGHTLY SPREAD APART. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ALL FINGERS INCLUDING THUMBS ARE AS FLAT AS POSSIBLE AND ARE FACING UP TOWARDS TO TOP OF THE LAMP TO STOP PRODUCT RUNNING TO THE SIDE. ALL NAILS NEED TO BE EXPOSED FULLY TO THE LIGHTS INSIDE THE LAMP TO ENSURE A FULL CURE AND AVOID EXPOSURE TO UNCURED PRODUCT AND POSSIBLE NAIL ALLERGIES.
